[surro-linux] Simplified Intro Process

Hello Surro Linux Documentation Team,

While trying to understand this project, its goals, potential next steps, etc. I was trying my best to gather context. As such, starting from the beginning of the posts on the website, I learned a bit about some compliance goals, some progress which was made, etc. but it was still rather unclear what the actual goal of Surro Linux was.

Afterwards, I stumbled on this

If there was some introduction provided to new contributors which linked to this, it could help to prevent overthinking details from a very zoomed in view of looking from first post onwards. After reading this, now the other posts seem to start to make at least a little more sense, and it’s easier to figure out what is trying to be done.
